The national standards organization has member organizations who give accreditation to appraisers who meet their ethics, experience and practice standards. Richard J. Appraisers are licensed in four categories, Real Estate Appraiser Trainee, Licensed Residential Appraisers, Certified Residential Appraisers and Certified General Appraisers.
